Self pay rates are posted within the booking widget for charged services. If you have questions about services not shown please inquire.

**Mileage fees are not charged within the service area and if outside service area charges are at business discretion. All mileage fees are self pay regardless of insurance coverage for visit fees.**

Currently a certified out of network provider with Tricare East awaiting in network provider confirmation. Inquire directly about the booking process for this insurance. Self booking to be added on the booking page after in-network application is approved.
